To get your Snowplow pipeline up and running in your Google Cloud Platform, you’ll need to create a new project.

Besides setting up the new project please add email@example.com to your project with the following roles:
Also, be sure to enable billing on the project.
Once the above is done simply head over to the Snowplow Insights user interface to request a new pipeline.
